Jutsu Restrictions and Limits.

Okay, here is the Deal...


(1) People cannot have:

Gravity Manipulation or Jutsu.

Diamond Manipulation or Jutsu.

No Time/Space Manipulation or Jutsu.

(2) Do not overpower your techniques.
