lightning speed problem

I dont think anybody should be able to go at lightning speeds there is no way your opponent will be able to dodge an attack that fast.There should be a rule stating you cannot go at lightning speeds or atleast say that there is a negative after effect when somebody goes that fast.People that go that fast are definitely god-modding if nothing negative happens to them when they go that fast.

ok heres how this will work

High speed:100 posts of training speed

Lightning speed:200 posts of training

Lightspeed:Bloodline or Gravity room training

Yea...and they die...no human can go as fast as the speed of light. They would be disintegrated.

firstly,no human can move their body parts like orochimaru

secondly.if we cant be that fast then nobody can be as strong as tsunade.

Orochimaru uses jutsus and all kinds of experiments to do that. But no one can move lightspeed. Thats...just not possible.

actrually there are ways...and no one is as strong as tsuande so should strength be taken away too...thats exactly like the speed thing

No its not...to increase your strength is chakra based thing. No one in the manga can moves as fast light. Not even chakra can do that much. Only High speed.
